• Magic’s Express does not store your complete credit or debit card number on its servers.

• Orders may be reviewed or cancelled when payment information cannot be verified or suspected fraudulent activity is detected.

Currency & additional charges

• Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
• Your order total, including shipping and applicable charges collected at checkout, will be shown before payment is submitted.
• Your bank may apply currency-conversion, international transaction or other processing fees. These charges are controlled by your bank and are not collected by Magic’s Express.

Failed or pending payments

• If a payment fails, please confirm that your billing information is correct and contact your bank if necessary.
• A pending charge may be a temporary authorisation created by your bank or payment provider.
• Please avoid repeatedly submitting the same payment while a transaction is still shown as pending.

Purchasing through our app

The Magic’s Express iOS app may display product information, current prices and links to our store. Purchases are not processed inside the app.

When you choose to purchase a product, you will be directed to the Magic’s Express website to complete payment through the secure website checkout.

Refunds

Refunds approved by Magic’s Express are returned to the original payment method.

After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
