These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Magic’s Express website (the “Site”) and purchases from our store. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Magic’s Express.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary between screens. We may update product information and prices before you order. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options.
Service availability
The Site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of technical issues. We may apply reasonable quantity limits or decline orders where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Our magic effects, props and instructional materials are intended for entertainment, education and artistic performance. Use products only as instructed and follow all product-specific safety guidance.
Respecting the secrets of magic
When you purchase our products, you agree not to publicly disclose, teach or distribute their non-public methods or instructional material for commercial or malicious purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder. This includes disclosure through videos, social media, publications or lectures. This restriction does not prevent disclosures required or protected by law.
Safe and responsible use
Check the suitability of each product before use. Some products may be unsuitable for children or require adult supervision. Do not use a product in a way that puts yourself or others at risk.
Orders & payment
Order acknowledgement
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-received email acknowledges receipt and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the items we cannot supply.
Prices and errors
Review the price, currency, delivery charges and order details at checkout before paying. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, any payment collected for that order will be refunded.
Payment information
Please provide accurate and current billing, contact and account information. Payment providers may carry out verification checks. If payment cannot be verified, we may pause or cancel the order and contact you where appropriate.

Intellectual property
Ownership
Site content, including text, logos, images, product designs, video tutorials and software, belongs to Magic’s Express or the relevant creators and licensors. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. You may use the product and supplied instructions for their intended purpose, subject to any product-specific licence terms disclosed before purchase.
Restrictions
Except where permitted by law or an applicable licence, you may not copy, modify, republish, sell or distribute protected content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
Responsibility & liability
You are responsible for following the instructions and safety guidance supplied with your product. We are not responsible for loss or damage to the extent it is caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow those instructions, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products remain unaffected. Any responsibility for other losses will be determined under applicable law.
Suspension of site access
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the Site is being used for fraud, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms, including misuse of protected content.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect the Site or other users. Suspension does not remove your rights relating to existing orders or refunds.
